Dr. Scott Rapp

Cuba mission work trip 2015

This was a trauma patient who is blind and lost basically his entire skull due to a car accident that we reconstructed. Great family- the dad cried after the first operation when we came out. He named his cardinal "Scott".

More information on Dr. Scott Rapp:
In addition to being a physician with Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery Institute, Dr. Rapp is also associated with Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY. as a Pediatric Cleft and Craniofacial Surgeon. More

My clinical interests are in pediatric craniofacial surgery since completing my fellowship at Stanford University and Lucille Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in the summer of 2015. I have recently joined Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery Institute which has been delivering pediatric surgical care for 20+ years to the local and regional community. I also manage adult craniofacial trauma and offer general reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. It is my hope to continue my passion in addressing complex craniofacial anomalies and cleft care both in the states and abroad while furthering my work with tissue engineering, regenerative medicine and device development.
